Our company needs the ability to track CapEx hours as well as utilize the story points on the features. It would be nice to have a way to track CapEx hours at the requirements level.

It makes no sense that this isn't available today. All other idea submissions generate such notifications on status changes. This at least should be an option I can turn on when setting up the integration.

Users can download a knowledge base document via their browser. It would be helpful to make this option more prevalent by showing a print option on the knowledge base.
