Currently, customers can "subscribe" to specific Ideas. Can we expand this ability to allow customers to "subscribe" to Product Categories? We have had requests from customers for this ability so that they can be notified of updates and new Idea submissions for that Product Category.
You can send customers a weekly summary of activity in your ideas portal and encourage them to share more feedback. Portal users can go to their profile to customize which idea categories are highlighted in the email. Enable this new email in your portal's email settings. Read more.
