Sort function not responding in Pivot and roadmap reports

when i hover i see the usual tool tip and i am able to click but no action occurs, this is within all section of pivot report (cells, row, columns)

    I'm working with Autumn Hatcher, please see the attached screenshot showing the Sort Cells and Sort Rows in a Roadmap 'Select Data' view whereby the filters do not activate when clicked.  Note:  This happens for both Roadmaps and Pivot Table Reports.
