Use Elle to recommend the right workspace before idea submission

• Idea submitters must select a workspace before describing their idea. When you have a lot of workspaces, customers can struggle to identify the right destination — particularly when workspace names are similar.

What is the impact?

• Ideas are frequently submitted to the wrong workspace or duplicated. Product teams must reroute and merge ideas manually, creating overhead and delaying review by the appropriate team.

Describe your idea.

• Use Elle at the start of the idea-submission flow, before requiring a workspace selection. Submitters could just be presented with the option to enter a name and description before selecting a workspace, and Elle would use the details of the idea and workspaces to recommend the most relevant workspace.
