suggested themes: highlighted items by search -> add to theme option

What is the challenge?

• when taking a look at the suggested themes representation and running a search on the ideas that than get highlighted in various selected themes it is not possible to add a theme for those very highlights

What is the impact?

• manual creation effort for a theme and adding single items to it

Describe your idea.

• add option to create a new theme based on the highlighted items - Elle cannot do this currently
