Add to Viewmaster reports - Expired Prescription Report

What is the challenge?

• For Non-Nursing Home account - They need a report that tells them when a prescription will expire (365 days) based on the date written.

What is the impact?

• These accounts need to know when a Rx is due to expire so they can contact prescriber for a new Rx before it expires so they don't run out of meds. Currently have an account that we are in a plan of correction phase and this would be a solution to this issue. It will also be a much needed enhancement for every non-nursing home account.

Describe your idea.

• There is already an Expired Prescription report used by ChemRx in NY (Chemlink). This is essential for accounts to proactively manage meds so they always have meds. It seems that expired meds "get lost" in the LTC 400 causing med delays.
