Allow formatting options for calculation fields in Pivot reports.

• Calculation fields that return Text values are always displayed in bold.

• There is no option to display them in regular font or inherit the formatting of the source field.

• Workarounds using calculation fields look visually different from standard fields, making executive reports less professional.
