include or autogenerate video transcripts

What is the challenge?

• When searching KB's often times customers have videos for their documentation. This leaves a gap in using the KB search because it will not automatically pick up audio from videos or transcripts.

What is the impact?

• lower adoption of the KB and manual uploads of video scripts in-order to get full access to all training documents

• Add to the video floating toolbar to include a transcript section
