Add spreadsheets to record template text editor

What is the challenge?

• Spreadsheets do not appear as an option to add to record templates via the text editor

• Users cannot include spreadsheets as part of record description templates

• Add this option to the text editor for ideas, initiatives, epic/feature/requirement templates under Account Settings > Status and workflows
