Improve the display of imported PDF documents to notes

What is the challenge?

• Currently when using the import documents with PDF feature, the PDF document in the note shows as a PDF preview

What is the impact?

• When publishing the note to a knowledge base, it makes it for difficult viewing and scrolling

• Text content within the PDF isn't discoverable/searchable

Describe your idea.

• Enhance how imported PDF documents appear in notes by:

  • Ensuring content is translated to Aha! Knowledge rich-text format

  • Having the actual PDF in the note without the PDF previewer as an actual image or make it appear seamless when viewing the note in Aha! or in a published knowledge base (i.e. without the PDF previewer)
