On insights reports, highlight cards do not display the customer organization name or their associated ARR. This makes it hard to quickly understand which customers are represented and how important they are from a revenue perspective.
Without seeing organization name and ARR at-a-glance, product and account teams have to click into individual records or cross-reference other reports to assess customer value. This slows down decision-making, increases the risk of overlooking high-value customers, and makes it harder to prioritize work based on commercial impact.
Enhance insights report highlight cards so they can optionally display the customer organization name and ARR alongside the existing information. Ideally these fields would be configurable display options on the card, allowing teams to quickly scan which customers are represented and the revenue associated with each, without needing to leave the report.
