Ability to ignore weekends for the duration calculation in the automation rules

What is the challenge?

• We want to exclude weekends during the automation rule calculation involving days.

What is the impact?

• Impact on the SLA for ideas that gets submitted and actioned.

Describe your idea.

• The scenario is when an idea gets submitted, the idea would be created in a custom status of "Submitted". We then want to have an SLA of 5 days before when we want the idea to be actioned upon and moved to "Needs Review". So in a scenario where an idea is submitted on a Friday, without having the ability to exclude weekends, there will be an impact on this SLA where the product manager would be reviewing only the following Monday.
