I have no way to add ideas on behalf of a customer. I can do it internally, but them the customer does not see in their aha! portal view |

What is the impact? |
Our Consulting teams have internal raised ideas, customers have others... its impacting clarity for our customers. I they have raised an idea, it should not matter who raised it on their behalf. |

I have many customers, and an enthusiastic supporting consulting team. We capture many requests/ideas in workshops and other interactions. We should be able to create ideas that they can view in their dedicated portal... as these ideas are specific to them |
