New Idea Automation options for adding Watcher and Emailing

What is the challenge?	As the Product Owner, I want to be automatically added as a Watcher to an Idea when upon created, so that I receive notifications if the Idea is modified.
What is the impact?	I am a new Product Owner, and there are many Ideas out there on which I am not a watcher. I have done a Mass Change to add myself on currently existing ones, but have to remember to go in add myself on any new ones. My end-goal is to receive email notifications anytime an Idea is modified.
Describe your idea	In Automation of an Idea, add ability to set up and update the field of watcher, and also add the ability to send an email.

Today you can add yourself as a watcher to all new and updated ideas in a workspace. Go to Ideas > Overview for the workspace and add yourself as a watcher in the panel on the top right.
