Add the ability to set the record type when approving new record in the Integration updates queue

Currently, with integrations like Github, multiple record types are all mapped to Issues, which are of the same underlying type. The integration updates queue appears to just map the first record type that is mapped to an issue and assigns it as that type with no way to correct it later.

Our github integration discovers new records that could be locked into their type, or tedious to convert later.

It would be useful to be able to adjust the record type to match other mapped types.
