Allow default Objectives fields to look across account

The default/standard objective field in Aha on records is tied to a workspace objective. Often times Objectives apply across workspaces. Currently, you can create a custom objectives field and set it to look at the account. This allows you to at least list the objective on the record.

However, all of the default behavior around Objectives is lost when you use this custom field. For instance, when you add the Objective to the standard field, the Objective lists the record as "Related to" or "Contains" (I can't recall the link type offhand). Using a custom field, we have to then do the relations manually, and the type of link isn't the one used by default. Therefore, no default reports work.

Once again, this is an instance where Aha's strict adherence to workspaces as the hierarchy limits the use for any organization uses centralized services. This specific issue means my team has to do extra work to link records, and linking records is already a bit of a labor-intensive task.

Allow Admin to set the default Objective fields to look at the account vs just the workspace.
