Remove 'will not implement' stories from the priority list Merged

What is the challenge?

If I have marked a story or feature as 'will not implement' why would I still want it in my priority view? Especially if I have already shipped the release.

What is the impact?

Constant clutter of the priority list and stories auto-moving releases due to our ADO integration

Describe your idea

Just like 'shipped' stories/features there should be a button to 'remove will not implement' user stories
