Smartsheet Integration - Data in Smartsheet Contact List Field Cannot Sync to Aha Assign to User Field

Data in Smartsheet "Contact List" Field cannot sync to Aha "Assign to User" Field, even if the user in available for selecting in the Assign to User field.

Here are the error messages we saw

• Linking an Aha record with a Smartsheet record by entering row ID.

• Receiving Smartsheet contact list updates in Integration Update Interface -> Import new records

An error occurred contacting Smartsheet: Error converting <AhaServices2::Mapping 7488730793463684 <=> assigned_to_user >: undefined method `with_indifferent_access' for an instance of String

We did not test the Aha "Users" field but we suppose we might experience the same issue.

Impact: High (No workaround Available)

Aha is not able to receive user update from Smartsheet.

We regard this as a bug that should be fix.
