Add "Product Value" field on Create layout for features

It's not currently possible to add "product value" field from the list of available standard fields to the "Create feature (Pop up)" custom layout.

Feels like our process takes longer to create a feature since we have to create it, then come back to it and add the product value.

The "Product Value" field should be available in the "Add field" options for the "Create feature (Pop up)" custom layout tab.
