Broadcasts can't be scheduled with start/expiration dates, so organizational requirements for quarterly reminders - or admin announcements re: holidays, etc. require a person to create, enable, and disable broadcasts manually. |

Describe your idea |
Short of Aha enabling scheduled broadcasts and/or broadcast expirations, an API resource for enabling & disabling broadcasts would allow for automation of various account-wide announcements. This would allow for admins to work in advance of broadcast timelines. For example, I could configure the "No/slow support" broadcasts for all holidays at the beginning of the year, and rely on my scripts to enable/disable them vs. having to remember that I need to log in to do it manually multiple times throughout the year. |
