Enable, disable, etc. broadcasts via API

Broadcasts can't be scheduled with start/expiration dates, so organizational requirements for quarterly reminders - or admin announcements re: holidays, etc. require a person to create, enable, and disable broadcasts manually.

There is extra admin work that has been planned/scheduled in order to ensure broadcasts get enabled correctly & disabled when no longer relevant.

Short of Aha enabling scheduled broadcasts and/or broadcast expirations, an API resource for enabling & disabling broadcasts would allow for automation of various account-wide announcements. This would allow for admins to work in advance of broadcast timelines. For example, I could configure the "No/slow support" broadcasts for all holidays at the beginning of the year, and rely on my scripts to enable/disable them vs. having to remember that I need to log in to do it manually multiple times throughout the year.
