Allow Automations to be moved to Workspace Templates

Cannot test new automation on the workspace template due to large number of potential records impacted.

Must manually recreate any automation rules tested in a non-Prod workspace.

I want to be able to test multiple automation rules to ensure they work correctly before moving them to our "Prod" workspaces. I can move automations to other workspaces but cannot move them to a template. I want the ability to test automation in a single workspace not in a template, and then the ability to move any rules created there to the workspace template.
