Ability to connect key results to parent key results and calculate progress

Today you can roll up goals to parent line goals and have those parent line goals calculate progress from the child goals. For those teams using OKR's, it's not possible to connect key results to a parent line key results.

This means you also cannot connect child key results to a parent nor calculate parent line key result progress from lower level key result records

Enable the option to roll up key results to parent key results and allow parent key results to calculate progress off the children
