Smartsheet integration at the workspace line level

The Smartsheet integration is available at the workspace level, but it is not available at the workspace line level. It would be helpful to have this available at the workspace line level for the the portfolio level data.

The use case is to send portfolio initiative data from the workspace line to Smartsheet.

Enable the Smartsheet integration to be available on the workspace line level.
