Assign work to a team, not an individual

Assigning work, would it be Epics, Features, Requirements, or whatever item, to an individual is not relevant for us, for multiple reasons :

• We might assign it from Jira

• Some tasks require multiple people from the same team

• We do not manage the teams, we are only waiting for their work to be released, not regarding of who might handle it

Allowing us to assign a team to a Feature (for example) gives us more versatility, and makes the teams' capacity planning more readable.
