Append interview transcripts when recordings are split in multiple files

Sometimes in Teams calls, we have to stop and start the recording for various, unavoidable reasons. As such, when we download the recordings, we get multiple files that all have new timestamps (Part 1, Part 2, etc).

One interview is currently split into multiple interviews with the same time and participants, but insights are limited and the summaries need to be re-summarized to include the details from across the entire session.

Provide an 'append recording/transcript' option that allows for a contextual 'continuation'. Using simple logic or AI, make an assumption that the next file picks up from the previous timestamps rather than starting back at 0:00, and join the transcripts into one.
