Custom field added to Integration import notification window

I have to sift line by line through integrations in order to import only what I want and ignore what I don't want

time=consuming with a large volume of features

Allow me to add a custom field to that integration window so that I can filter the list to import only what I want to import and then be able to ignore the rest en masse.
