Enable Custom Roadmap Epic progress bar coloring to align with Feature progress bar

Custom Roadmap Epic progress bar is the same color whether the progress is Done, Developing, etc.

Unable to quickly differentiate between various progress states and determine what is actually done. An Epic may be 95% complete by Features complete but considered Done for launch.

Improve Epic status visibility by aligning visual indicators with the Feature progress bar convention—using blue for 'Done' and green for 'In Development'. This would make it easier to quickly distinguish completed Epics from those still in progress, enhancing consistency and user clarity.
