Threaded comment improvements

Currently, the experience for threaded comments feels a little heavy. There are opportunities to make it feel tighter and more streamlined for users.

1. Not clear there are threaded comments

2. Too much spacing causes the threads to look like comments

• Threads should be open by default

  • No need to be able to minimize

  • Remove the Hide/Show replies

  • Once a reply is added, the Reply link in top right is no longer needed since it's always open and you can see the Write a reply box already.

• Too much white space/padding for threads. Reddit does a nice job with less spacing between threads, and a little more between comments

• Now there are two replies boxes (thread, comment). We should consider how to improve this. This is more noticeable in a to-do comment thread
