Enable Aha Roadmaps Confluence Cloud macro to support 'static rendering'

The Confluence macro for Aha Roadmaps is no longer insertable inside other macros such as filterable table macros, as was possible in Confluence Data Center. This is due to a requirement for 'static rendering' support in Confluence Cloud.

We are no longer able to dynamically organize Confluence pages using collapsible filtered tables where roadmaps are displayed in relevant sections only.

Enable static rendering support for the macro on Confluence Cloud - so it can be either renderMode=email or renderMode=default, enabling the macro to be inserted inside other macros such as filterable tables.
