Unable to move documents

Documents unexpectedly get created outside of a folder. Dragging and dropping them into the desired folder doesnt do anything

Disjointed data when querying or running reports. Data effectively lost or hidden as its not contained in the expected container.

Make the apparent capability to drag and drop in the file structure work, or provide some way to move the documents.
