What is the challenge?

Companies use Zendesk to manage email communication with customers. It is really hard for PMs to index across all the tickets and pull out common pain points from customer tickets to ask questions and organize feedback trends.

It is also hard to find the right customers to reach out to for organizing Discovery research. What if I could find the right customers from past ZD tickets they submitted?
