Merge ideas portal guest user with Whiteboard guest user

We want to provide ideas portal users (our customers) with guest access to select whiteboards to collaborate with us in. When we share a whiteboard with them as a guest, they still have to create another password, with different password requirements to the ideas portal.

We would prefer if ideas portal users had the option to log in to the whiteboard with the same credentials as the ideas portal.
