Improve refresh behavior when adding ideas in Salesforce

Currently, when a new idea is linked to a record in Salesforce, the page refreshes.

If this happens while the Salesforce user has an open chat or call in the Salesforce interface, this can disconnect the user from that chat or call.

If there's a way to refresh just the Aha! widget when adding a new idea, or to otherwise maintain the calls/chats, that would help prevent these disruptions.
