What is the challenge? |
If I create a folder and I want to control who sees it, I can't, even though I can control who sees the notes contained within the folder individually. I can create a note with nested notes, and control who sees all of those. But I can't do this with a folder. |

What is the impact? |
If I am a new user, I may not know that I can create a note that behaves like a folder in order for me to control permissions in this way. |

Enable granular, per-folder access control in Aha! Knowledge, allowing workspace owners to specify exactly which users can see and access a particular folder — while hiding it from all others by default. |
