Change Feature state in response to GitHub completion action

Move Feature to Done when Ci/CD in GitHub successful

What is the impact?

Less updating by hand

Describe your idea

We use the GitHub extension. We also have used GitHub actions to run a CI/CD pipeline. When a Feature deploys to production, via that pipeline, it would be good to automatically update the Feature card in Aha to Done.
