What is the challenge? |
our customers love the ability to track their ideas and their org's ideas via the idea lists in the portal. that said, our customers have no way to adding simple classifications/notes to the ideas (like "critical" "nice to have"), to help them keep track of their ideas based on how they'd "rank" them. |

add something like an "internal note" column to the idea lists in the portal that is only visible to that org - for example: on the "my organization ideas" - for idea, also have a text box or something that would allow the customer to jot down notes that are relevant to them for each request. customers could use this for a few different things. they could: note down ideas they want to follow up, note down ideas that are nice to haves versus ones they want regular follow ups on, note additional context for other team members on why a particular idea is important, etc. |
