Description |
Need the same kind of functionality that exists with linking a shape to a epic, feature, etc. Sometimes a shape could lead to a more detailed version of a process that it represents. It could also lead to a lower level diagram. This feature should also allow potential to support hyperlinked pdfs if they have multi-page pdf files. User could click on a shape that has a pdf linked to it. |

Thanks for sharing this idea @Guest! While there is not currently a way to convert a whiteboard shape into a new whiteboard as you can with epics and features, there are a few ways to to add a linked shape to an existing whiteboard:
Copy the URL of your whiteboard and paste into another whiteboard. It will show up as a record card.
From the toolbar on the left of your whiteboard, open the Shapes menu, then select the Existing record option. You can then search for the whiteboard you wish to link.
