Automations to trigger suggested idea in theme

What is the challenge?

After saving a theme, I would like to assign an owner to it. Then, the owner should be notified when new AI-powered suggested ideas are available to link.

What is the impact?

Reduces the likelihood that an assigned theme owner will miss relevant newly submitted ideas.
