What is the challenge?

At times someone has a video of an interview, but does not have a transcript or notes.

Customers that are conducting field visits and/or recording interviews on an Iphone or other cannot easily transcribe text from the interview video.

What is the impact?

Without the transcript or notes, you cannot use the AI features to analyze your interview, or mark items as learnings, quotes, etc.
