Everyone using notes and rich text description fields

What impact would it make?

Save time and provide consistency within a document.

How should it work?

Add the concept of a "format paintbrush" in the text editor that allows me to copy the formatting in a selected section of a document and apply it to a different section.

This would save me time trying to ensure consistency across my document.

    You can now copy the formatting in descriptions to make your content more consistent. To try this out, select some text with your desired formatting, and choose Copy format from the Insert menu. Then, select the text you would like to update, and choose Paste format. Hope this helps!
