Allow users to create ideas directly from notes

Some users would like to be able to create ideas directly from chunks of text on notes, similar to how we can create them from whiteboard objects today. One use case is for customer interviews - this would allow users taking interview notes in Aha! to create an idea directly from the note without needing to copy/paste text.

    You can now create ideas, features, initiatives, and more – directly from notes and description fields! To try this out, select some text and click Link to an Aha! record from the floating toolbar on the right or from the + menu in the text editor toolbar. Then, click the Create record button.
