I voted on this idea 5 years ago (comment below). I'm now at a different company, same use-case came up. Having this feature would eliminate the need of alot of automations to work around this.
We would love this feature, this would streamline our workflow.
We would like to see this too. Right now, we track a code/title/category for each feature's type of work. This is perfect for a custom table.
In our Jira integration, we need to send the code (it is a required field).
Right now, we are forced to create 3 separate fields which is cumbersome, a lot of extra manual work, and is subject to data quality errors.

This is needed! It limits the usefulness of Custom Tables on Features without this.
This would be EXTREMELY helpful. Please add this feature.
