Always show dates in the History view

As a Product Manager, I would like to see all of the dates in the History view simultaneously so that I can quickly scan for changes.  Having to mouse-over each transaction to know when it occurred means that I cannot scroll though longer lists looking for things that happened in certain date ranges quickly.  Not sure the value of only showing the dates when I mouse-over the transaction.
