Update Notebook publishing so my Notebooks are on the top

I would like a modification to the UI of the Publishing page for Notebooks. While the Publish Anything content is very useful, the way it is laid out hides the primary reason I am on the page--to view my own Notebooks.

Couple possibilities: (1) Move Publish Anything As a Notebook down and move Your Notebooks up. Or, (2) Update the Publish Anything As a Notebook section to take up less space.
