admin response - change label

We want to change the name "admin response" to something more personal. Right now is sounds like a machine has answered. How do we change it ?

    This is now possible in your portal's terminology settings, but this idea's status was out-of-date.

    Can this change the Admin label under the profile picture in comments as well?  Since we want to be open and transparent, it would be great to distinguish comments from each role.  Since Contributors aren't always part of the Product Management team, we want customers to understand that it's from an employee, but not an official response from Product Management.
