    I am with IBM and we have an Enterprise account. The full backup I'm looking for needs to include attachments, presentations and User ID account information.

    I would also like to have the option to submit an incremental backup. From a scheduling perspective, I'd like to setup an automated backup that does a full backup once a week and incremental backups every day.
