Automation to add support public comments on ideas
Besides the current functionality, we do need support for the addition of public comments to an idea based on status changes to inform subscribers.

We want to use automation to send customer friendly communication on what is going on with their idea. For example if an idea is in a governance review we want to provide an update and text telling them what next steps are for that specific status. This should be a public comment and not an admin response which is the only option today. We want to avoid doing this manually.
We can automate to add a private comment based on a trigger but not a public comment at an Idea This helps to us to provide an automated response at a particular status, now we need to go manually and comment at an idea.

I do not understand why the only option is a 'private' comment. Why was a public comment excluded? Please implement the action to post a public comment as well. Thank you.
