Select All Options in Filter Search Result

We need a Select All option in Filter Search Result. 

Use Case:

All of our Releases have a quarterly version as a title (e.g. 2020.1, 2020.4)

A user creates a list report where they want to pull data across all of our Product (25) and all of our 2020 release 4 per product. 

Release Name is added as a filter.

"2020" is entered into the filter search to only show 2020 releases

25 product x 4 quarterly releases = 100 selections to click

It would be great if the user could just click a "Select All up top in the filter selection area (1st option at the top) to select all visible options)
