What is the challenge?
Currently, a retrospective report shared via an Aha! presentation, shows a generic “Burndown” heading without identifying the release.
Stakeholders viewing presentations cannot tell which release the results relate to.
What is the impact?
Stakeholders can misinterpret the report and pass incorrect information to customers and partners.
Missing release context makes it harder to verify that shared updates cover the intended release.
Describe your idea.
Include the selected release name in shared retrospective report headings, such as “Burndown for [release name]”.
Update the displayed name when the report’s selected release changes.
Better yet, allow report owners to customise the shared heading while retaining the option to display the release name automatically.
