What is the challenge?
Elle, the AI assistant in Aha! software, cannot search or open presentations.
When you ask Elle to find a presentation by name, she returns no results and says she does not have permission to access presentations.
Elle often finds a related record instead, such as a meeting note, and that is easy to mistake for the presentation you asked for.
This happens even when you created the presentation yourself.
What is the impact?
Anyone who keeps planning reviews, release briefings or executive updates in presentations cannot ask Elle questions about them.
You have to open the presentation, copy the slide text and paste it into the chat, or export a PDF and upload it.
Elle answers about everything else in the workspace, so the gap makes her answers incomplete without saying so.
Describe your idea.
Search: Elle finds presentations by name, owner and slide text, and lists them next to other records in search results.
Read: Elle reads each slide's text, tables and notes, including slides that embed a roadmap, report or whiteboard, and answers questions about them.
Permissions: Elle returns only presentations you can open. A presentation you cannot open shows as restricted instead of missing, so Elle never reports "found 0 results" for something that exists.
Output: Elle links each presentation she cites, and names the slide number for each statement.
Where it applies: Elle in the full-page chat, the Elle panel on any page and Elle search, with the same behavior in every workspace.
